Our Xero Expenses training sessions are one to one training sessions that can be run at your office using your own paperwork.  Alternatively, they can be run online via Zoom. The training sessions are very much tailored to the requirements of your business. The course is designed to help business owners and their employees to easily capture receipts and make claims for work expenses on their mobile devices through Xero Expenses and Xero Me mobile apps.

2. Set up your organisation’s expense claims
3. Set up to submit expense claims
4. Set up mileage claims with expenses
5. Set up expense claims with company money
6. Create a new expense or mileage claim
7. View and edit expense claims
8. Approve or decline expense claim
9. Pay an employee’s expense claim using Xero Payroll
10. Record expense and mileage claim payment

This training session will take around 2 hours to complete and includes time to answer any questions and queries you may have.
