Hubdoc Training

Our Xero Hubdoc training session is a one-to-one training course that can be run at your office using your own paperwork. Alternatively, it can be run online via Zoom. The course is designed to help businesses to easily extract key data from documents, then create transactions in the accounting software. Hubdoc is just like your secure digital filing cabinet in the cloud. It’s like your own personal assistant. You can use Hubdoc to turn paperwork into data and Hubdoc can help you simplify and go paperless. Your important financial records are organised automatically for you, backed-up forever and available on any device – anywhere.  All your bills and receipts will be in one place.

Course Content

  • Set up an organisation within Hubdoc
  • Accounting integration with accounting platform
  • Invite users in Hubdoc and set up user access limits
  • Scan/upload your documents
  • Set up automated accounts and suppliers
  • Set up automated connections – get a bill from a particular supplier, it goes straight into Hubdoc
  • Use the mobile app to upload a photo
  • Sorting files with Hubdoc
  • Publishing documents to accounting platforms
  • On-going support as needed

This training session will take around 1.5 hours to complete and includes time to answer any questions and queries you may have.
